How mu do you charge for bookkeeping?
Monthly bookkeeping rates start at $250, while one-time clean-ups start at $850. Every business is different, so prices vary depending on the transaction volume and the number of accounts that need reconciliation.
What are our contract terms?
Monthly bookkeeping is a month-to-month agreement, but I still have the client sign an engagement letter to confirm the work to be completed.
What happens during a discovery call?
I’d like to learn more about you and your business. I’ll ask a few questions to get a better understanding of your current bookkeeping practices. I’ll also request temporary access to your QuickBooks account so I can provide a more accurate quote tailored to your specific needs.
Can we file your taxes?
No, we’re not a tax preparer. We can keep your paperwork up to date and your files organized, making sure you have everything ready for your accountant when tax season arrives.
